SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Control Fitness' Small Group Training Program was designed to help individuals achieve a variety of fitness goals whilst working in a group of about (6-8) clients. Our full body workouts promote weight loss, lean muscle mass, toning, leaner midsection, increased mobility, functional strength gains and an overall healthier lifestyle. Your trainer is skilled and dedicated to making sure you receive proper guidance throughout your program and with there being a variety of exercise modifications the workout will always be catered to your fitness level.
Session Times (all sessions last approx 1 hour)
M - W : 5am, 8am, 9:15am, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday : 5pm, 6pm
Friday : 5am, 8am, 9:15am
Training Rates (note: Fees are paid monthly)
2days: $130
3days: $170
4days: $200

1-ON-1 TRAINING
Choosing 1-on-1 personal training is great for individuals who would prefer training privately with their trainer. Your trainer will develop a workout program specifically for you and your goals as well as instruct and guide you through the program to ensure safe and effective workout sessions.
Session Times:
(Days and times will be arranged at consultation. Please note that there is limited availability for one-on-one sessions.)
Training Prices:
$50 per Session
